Problem with my Kindle 3

Kindle’s first screen after reset to factory defaults
(missing "welcome" screen)

After registration Kindle and send books to "documents" folder is this home screen. No books, only "The New Oxford American Dictionary" and "Oxford Dictionary of English" in my "kindle" folder and 567 Archived Items on Amazon account.

But in "documents" folder are book. Kindle don’t show them.

I can not load books from my Amazon account - error message.

Please help me... :(
